Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

 

Return

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

We have a range of ways you can return an item.

Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refunded to the account used to pay for the item in the case of a 30-day business account holder.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is returned to us, and as long as the items within your kit were not used or damaged. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Privacy Police

- We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Please note that lockdowns may affect delivery times while AusPost works with restrictions & unprecedented volumes of deliveries.

- Goods Damaged on Delivery: You must inform us immediately if your goods have arrived damaged. You will need to quote your order number and email us photos of the damaged goods. Please note that to take appropriate actions; it is essential to be contacted immediately.

- Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other terms & conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other terms & conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place

- It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
